The cong MPs from Telangana met PM and urged him to initiate immediate steps for formation of separate state.

The MPs led by senior leader K. Keshava Rao popularly known as KK told the prime minister that if New Delhi delays a decision it would be difficult for them to visit their constituencies and face people. They also said they would also be forced to quit.

Keshava Rao told reporters that Manmohan Singh said the government would take an appropriate decision at an appropriate time. He also assured the delegation that he would talk to the party leadership on the issue.
