Telangana TDP observe fasts

Telugu Desam Telangana Forum on Monday announced the Forum would observe relay hunger fast with party legislators and district in-charges at Indira Park in August first week pressing for the Telangana bill in the parliament. Talking to media persons at NTR Trust Bhavan, Forum convener Errabelli Dayakar Rao stated the forum has taken this decision at a meeting convened on Monday.
He said the forum would intensify its fight for Telangana by taking the agitation to ground-level and create awareness among people by organising conventions. As part of agitation, he said the party would organise `Pallepalleku Telangana’ from July 25th to July 31st.
The Forum members after submitting resignations to Speaker on July 4th agitating for Telangana state with all leaders and seeking their support. After receiving good response for Bus yatra, the TDP chalked out various programmes in the region to strengthen the party.
In the meetings organised in Telangana region, the forum member’s rebutted the charges of Telangana Rashtra Samiti and Telangana Political Joint Action Committee for targeting the forum and made the party stand clear that Naidu was not against Telangana state.
