Fresh SI posts notification should be issued

Hailing the President Prathibha Patil giving her assent to deletion of clause 14F, which paves the state government to place Hyderabad in 6th zone for recruitments, Telangana Rashtra Samiti leader Pocharam Srinivas on Friday appealed to state government to issue a fresh notification for the conduct of sub-inspectors recruitment.

Talking to media persons at Assembly media point, Pocharam Srinivas said with President giving her nod to repeal of 14F clause, the state government can conduct examination by issuing a afresh notification for Sub-inspector posts.

He thanked the President Prathibha Patil and Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh for solving the imbroglio over the deletion of 14F clause.

Responding to the Telangana employees union leaders suspecting role of Telangana politicians on the statehood agitation, Pocharam Srinivas appealed to Telangana leaders to pitch tents on Assembly premises and stage dharnas until Speaker Nadendla Manohar accepts resignation of elected representatives.

He also advised Telugu Desam Telangana Forum members to mount pressure on Speaker to accept their resignations instead of staging dharna at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi.

He said the agitation for separate statehood should come from inner side of heart and not from lip movement.
