‘L’ Rajagopal comments, ‘Telangana won’t be formed through strikes’

Congress MP from Andhra region ‘L’ Rajagopal said that by resorting to strike Separate Telangana state won’t be formed. It only adds to the inconvenience of the people. He justified his action of meeting the Andhra officer of RTA who was victimized by Telangana activists.

He urged the Govt. to provide security to Andhra employees working in Telangana region.

Chidambaram has already told the he is prepared to convene an all party meeting to resolve Telangana issue but four major political parties including Congress have not expressed their opinions which clearly indicates that Congress didn’t promise to form Telangana State. He said that instead of criticizing the Central Govt. they should go to public and elicit their opinion and act accordingly.
