The Osmania University Telangana Students JAC has demanded that the State government put off the Group-II examinations in the wake of the ongoing Sakala Janula Samme (All People’s Strike). Otherwise, they would storm the examination centers and foil the examination, it warned.

With the Group-II examinations are scheduled to be held on October 15 and 16, the officials of the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission made all the arrangements. On account of the general strike, the officials changed the examination centers in Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy districts and asked the candidates to download their hall tickets afresh.

It may be mentioned here that though the Telangana Political JAC and Osmania University Students JAC had demanded postponement of Group-I examination, the government went ahead with conducting the examination with police help.
