Vijayamma enters assembly, Jagan’s MLAs join
News pulse, Politics | admin | December 5, 2011 at 5:28 amThe wife of late YSR and YSR Congress member from Pulivendula constituency Ms. Y. S. Vijayalaxmi today attended for the first time the Assembly session even as the House was deliberating the TDP’s no confidence motion.
Even as the Opposition leader Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu was in the midst of his speech Ms. Vijayalaxmi entered the House accompanied by Congress members belonging to Jagan camp. There was a brief interruption to Mr. Naidu’s speech as Jagan supporters chanted “YSR zindabad” slogans and accompanied Ms. Vijayalaxmi, who quietly went and occupied her seat.
